The entire premise of the GOP and NYT suggesting NH might be an opportunity for a flip was the disproportionate PAC money for Sununu. The PAC vs campaign spending ended up diluting Sununu's advantage somewhat, but yeah the amount of ads (especially Sununu) has been diabolical up here.
