Rich Stanton @richstanton.bsky.social · 19/06/2025Agree with this. We switched from MN to thermo and results were terrible. MN more expensive but worth it for BACs. If the DNA is decent then the transfection method is less important, but we always had good results with amaxa. Adenofection is even better if you put in the time to set it up. 110
