After randomly just running around like an uncontrolled maniac last week... I took @andyukb.bsky.social and @chippychip.bsky.social advice and tried Couch to 5k... ... Not bad. Definitely more evenly paced. Have definitely recovered quicker... But that could be the cooler temperature

My "run" knacked my legs... Apparently I forgot to do something called "stretching"... Nope. No idea! 🤷 Anyway... After an attempt at Pilates yesterday, which was quite good. I thought... Better try getting back on the bike. Not bad considering I can hardly walk down stairs 🤣

Ok... So I may have stepped it up too high too early... But nearly 20 out of 30 minutes in the 80-90% range, and 34 seconds over 90% 😬😬 I'm definitely knackered now 🥵🤣 I might have to take a break tomorrow 😬

Wow! Yeah... That's mad! I barely get above 145, let alone hitting 185 like you have. I thought the maximum heart rate is meant to be 220 minus your age... So you're really going for it! I genuinely start to feel like I'm going to pass out north of 165 🤣
