to clarify, once Deus Ex: Mankind Divided came out, I think graphics peaked. sure more recent games look "better" but why? it's already good enough. I just want my game to run north of 30 fps, preferably 60 if it's multiplayer, otherwise I don't care how many pores it can render on background NPCs.

for Helldivers who feel the new warbond armor's passive is too weak and need transmog to choose between looking good and playing well, I cannot sympathize. if your armor passive is making the difference between mission success and failure, you should try a lower difficulty.

my family (two long-term teachers and their two school-aged kids) was so inexorably fucked by the 2008 recession, it took years of struggling to stay above water, never getting above the red until my grandmother died. now they are taking away what little defenses we have against things like that.
