Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 01/06/2026Today marks the beginning of Pride Month, a time to celebrate the progress that has been made for LGBTQIA+ equality so far, and to reflect on the work that still has to be done. This month, and every month, I stand with the LGBTQIA+ community. Happy Pride! 🏳️🌈 080

Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 14/05/2026Wes Streeting has the air of the really posh lad at school who was always picked to be prefect and would proper tell on you for leaving class early. He gives me that vibe. 390
Reposted by LouiseMichele Reeves @rethinkplaces.bsky.social · 13/05/2026My Irish grandfather took this footage on a visit to family in 1932. It's possibly capturing the now-removed fishing village of Claddagh in Galway that had distinct thatched roof houses and their own elected king. It could also be Aran Islands (the girl on the donkey in particular). Or both? 1113443
Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 14/05/2026NHS waiting lists may have taken, but Caitlin still waited 7 months for a physio appointment for her knee. That's still not good enough in my opinion. 160
Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 14/05/2026When you are having a three hour writing session between 6 and 9 but you are side tracked by your neighbours' kids running around in the house like they are on an Olympic track. Why are they allowed to run in the house? Oh my God, I would lose my mind. 🤣 230

Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 11/05/2026Starmer has to go. Not only because of the political fall out from the local elections but because of the Mandelson issues. He may not have known about what was going on, but it happened on his watch. Labour has neglected the working class vote. They need to do more to gain trust. 331

Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 30/04/2026Last night, I discovered that my friend Jay (Mersey Jay on Instagram and X and @jaytech.bsky.social on here) has died. Jay was one of those genuinely good people who quietly showed up for others. He was a true friend. I'll miss him very much. Rest in peace, Jay. ❤️ 5100

When Gate C was opened the tunnel to that pen should've been closed. Never forget the 97 men, women & kids unlawfully killed by that negligence. #Hillsborough Law Now 183
Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 15/04/2026Today I will think about those we lost at Hillsborough. There is a massive sense of loss that even with the passing of time does not diminish in any way. My thoughts are with all those affected by Hillsborough, the families and of course the 97 who didn't come home. YNWA. 0103

Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 23/03/2026I don't think it did overall. Yes there are still some decent people there who I've kept intouch with. I had my fair share of men in my DMs sending photos of their junk unbeknown to their wives. Women just as bad too. It's a hellscape and probably always has been. 330
Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 19/03/2026I was so lucky to see Jodie Comer last night at Liverpool Playhouse. I have no idea how she performs on her own for 1 hour 40 minutes, she is phenomenal. ❤️ 0120
Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 16/03/2026Click bait nonsense. I enjoyed lectures and I wrote everything out. I found it do much easier than using my laptop. I was seeing people (until Covid happened) and listening in class allowed me to process the information and sit with it. Not everything should be done for quickness. 251

I feel horrified by the thought of it. Surely parents should have been asked? 580

Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 26/02/2026200 injuries and a miracle nobody was killed. That was thanks to the police who managed to evacuate 80,000 people following a telephone warning. I remember many false alarms in Liverpool city centre, so much so my Mum ended up not believing the alerts to leave department stores. 030
Louise @redliverbirdlou.bsky.social · 26/02/2026Going by the polls I have seen Labour and Green were on level pegging. Reform were two points behind.
