I woke up today hurting in 3 different ways (migraine, knee pain and arm stiff and painful) I had an email that my car insurance will be cancelled unless I can pay £330 because they fucked up my direct debits when my car got written off in April and the next 2 payments are 3x and 2x normal. I hurt

I lost my career, medically. I've been applying for PIP since Feb. I'm currently at the appeal stage and DWP is 3 weeks late responding. I can barely stand for more than a few minutes without being in immense pain and fatigued. It kills my hobbies. Painkillers do nothing. But isn't it just so cool?

Crying in my bedroom because I’m in so much pain I can’t think, feeling tired every day because pain disturbs my sleep, but so do my painkillers. It’s not cool. I can’t even do my hobbies most days, and when I do, it comes at a cost. I did not choose this. I do not want this.

If anyone ever thinks it’s easy to just doss about and claim benefits know that my partner and I applied in *february* and we’ve had to appeal twice, we’ve not seen a penny yet and the current amount we’ll get won’t even cover rent and electricity. We’re suffering so badly.

Our application for disability is still processing with first payment hopefully coming through in 3 weeks. I’ve started a new medication which is making me sleep for 12+hrs a day, and I’ve been struggling to work through it. We’re trying our absolute hardest here.
