To help communities across Ontario build more attainable homes, Ontario is also launching the Housing Supply Action Plan Implementation Team (HSAPIT). HSAPIT will provide advice on market housing initiatives, including building on the vision from the Housing Affordability Task Force, More Homes for Everyone and other government consultations. The government intends to appoint Drew Dilkens, Mayor of the City of Windsor, as Chair and Cheryl Fort, Mayor of the Township of Hornepayne, as the Vice Chair. The other Team members will be selected in the coming weeks, with the first meeting scheduled for early fall

Just got off the phone with my sister. My Mom's cognitive state is deteriorating very quickly. Sounds like she's much worse than even 10 days ago when I last saw her. Oof. She's become very agitated. Short term memory is completely shot.

Funny thing about this (hilarious) is Canada’s worst mayor is a Ford disciple & would use strong mayor power to block potential housing - something that Ford once championed, in part, by giving strong mayor powers in order to push thru such housing. So much total failure all around

Somebody decided to play 52 card pickup last night with the Invitation cards. Must have had something to do with the irresistible smell of the elastic band.

Abunch of white cards laying higgledy piggledy on a bed. The word "Invitation" printed on each one.

And culprit cat lazing nearby. With the expression of "Ya, so what?" on her face.

Calling any crochet peeps, I’m new to crochet and I can’t find a clear answer on Google 😭 Can someone pls explain what the “Rnd 10” means when it says to work in the flp (that’s front loop only) of rnd 7? Like do I just randomly grab the front loops from round 7 as I go? Helpppp

Crochet pattern reads:

Rnd 9: With C2, ch 1, [sc in next 2 sts, inc, sc in next 2 sts] 3 times - 18 sts.
Rnd 10: Ch 1, working in flp of Rnd 7, [sc in next st, inc, sc in next st] 6 times;
join - 24 sts.
Rnd 11: Ch 1, [sc in next 3 sts, inc] 6 times; join - 30 sts.

What a lot of people don't know about auto industry is that auto sales is a low profit business. All the money is made in the maintenance/repair. 80% of vehicles are serviced by non-dealer garages. ALL those jobs and profits will still be here if we don't make a SINGLE vehicle within our borders.
