This field indicates total current/power consumption of the card including
enabled functions selected by the Function Selection ([399:376] bits) dependent on selected Bus Speed Mode.
The host should check the maximum current consumption by mode 0 operation and verify that it can supply the necessary current/power before executing mode 1 operation.
Especially in UHS-I or UHS-II mode, this field is related to Current Limit / Power
