That part I understand! I liked the joke videos the Ukrainian armed forces posted early on in the war. I think there's something about this that strikes me as being a bit off from the meme format it's trying to follow which made it come across as especially weird to me, if that makes sense.

But after FOUR YEARS of war, despite the incredible courage of our soldiers and sailors, our hardworking officials, and the sacrifices of ONE HUNDRED MILLION Japanese people, things have not exactly been going our way.

A VERY BIG BOMB.
A terrible bomb. An unbelievably destructive bomb. Nobody has ever seen anything like it. Believe me.
If we continue this war, Japan could be completely destroyed. And not just Japan — we could see the destruction of human civilization itself.

Some people will say this is weakness.
