These portobello sliders came out really great! I made a kinda Mexican marinade for them and then roasted them with tomatoes and vegan mozzarella.

Six portobello mushroom caps on a foil covered baking sheet. The mushrooms have been topped with halved cherry tomatoes and vegan mozzarella and then roasted.
