I have a perpetual mixed feelings re: school uniforms in Three Houses. On the one hand, the way each character modifies their outfit DOES do a bit of visual storytelling for who they are. But I think it'd have just been better to give everyone a unique outfit pre-skip.

So internally, where I work, nothing changed. Hiring practices, employees, training videos. All of our internal practices didn't change when leadership axed DEI language from the books. Do you know what changed? Customer faith. They stopped trusting us, so they stopped coming.

My big pushback to Sony's 'nobody buys physical anymore' is: - All preorder bonuses are digital version only. - Game files aren't optimized, so instead of 2 hours of downloading the game over the internet you have 2 hours of installing the game from an install disc. No shit physical loses.
