so-update this is AMAZING! so rich & buttery from the fat but not greasy. meat is falling apart but not mushy. the veggies cooked to tenderness & the seasonings are delectable & wonderfully balanced if I do say so myself. nutrient rich from the veggies & stick to your bones from the beef & potatoes

im making a vegetable beef stew in the crock pot today that I'm very hopeful will turn out well and last us a few days -- will update later. the meat was already super tender this morning when I added the canned veggies in! hope it doesn't turn to mush
