I was down 2lbs yesterday but now I'm back up the same 2lbs again today 🤦‍♀️ I know it's literally just food weight and it should go back down but it's very annoying

also I got pills online, I ordered 6x 40mg and they sent 16x 15mg instead 😭 it does add up to the same amount technically but it just makes the dosing annoying because I'd usually take 5 or 10mg at a time, but I can't really cut the pills into thirds

okay so I had another doctor appointment yesterday and she agreed that it sounded like I'm not really "fit fr work" with how excessively stressed I've been, and gave me a note covering until the end of the month!

I'm off work this week so I'm trying to see if I can stay off opiates for a few days, but I'm not sure if I want to use sr so I haven't, but I did take tramadol in the hope I'd feel good enough to go out today, but it didn't really help

teddy’s follow-up is this friday; oct 9th! i HOPE all of his issues will be cleared up! fingers crossed 🤞 the following week, i personally have 2 *major* appointments. one w/ my rheumatologist & the other w/ a “pain medication” specialist. i may ACTUALLY start pain meds soon! so anything helps! 💟

I've still barely been sleeping, it's so hard to calm down enough to fall asleep, opiates don't even help, and by the time it gets to about 4-5am I don't want to risk taking xanax in case I don't wake up in time for work

I'm so stressed and anxious I can't sleep and can't calm down, I'm so nauseous and my heart is beating so fast, like 90bpm lying down when normally my resting heart rate is under 60 😭 I'm trying to Breathe™ and calm down but I'm just not getting any calmer

also some people at my work use AI to respond to messages, and again the higher up managers and owners etc are in favour of this and promoting it saying it saves time etc, but I find that really annoying, if I wanted an AI answer I'd have asked AI, when I ask you I want to know what you have to say

I got assigned to a new project at work, and I have to be the project lead again, but it's much worse and more difficult, like the milestones are super unclear and are laid out in a way that makes no sense, which I'm gonna get questioned about since I'm the lead now

okay so today I've got a therapist appointment when I hadn't for the past 3 weeks since she was away then right after that I need to go to the vet to get more prescription food for both cats and schedule a checkup for one of them I was hoping to go to the credit union but I forgot they close at 5pm

I tried out the mini pill press thingy, it seems like it could work effectively if I knew what I was doing and I was able to add the exact right amount of some other mixing agent and exact tiny amount of moisture but currently I can only get sticky paste or it just stays as basically powder

well also the main other thing I'd have a hard time doing without more free time, is to try and come off opiates properly/for a longer period right now I'd be nervous that I couldn't keep up with work or meetings or whatever if I had to, if I was trying to detox

I signed up for a weight loss contest/accountability thing, the rate of weight loss is about 1lb a week over a couple of months I know if I truly locked in I could lose so much faster, but as always it's hard to know what my real weight is when I'm bloated all the time

the amounts of codeine I've been taking have been really hit and miss, like sometimes 60mg is fine and other times it's nothing, idk maybe sometime I'll take a proper, longer break from it but at least I've got more oxy now, so that's nice, but that's also been hit and miss
