Same with BP. "Your BP is elevated." Umm, you just took it after making me rush in to make the appointment, literally run from the parking lot because parking is TERRIBLE, and then strap the cuff on less than 15 seconds after I sat down. DID YOU EVEN GO TO MEDICAL SCHOOL, MY DUDE?!?!

To prevent yet another unscheduled day off (only this time unpaid), I hooked up the AC unit again. When will I be able to go without it completely? God knows?! But my joints feel dramatically better. Perhaps I just need to accept that I require my indoor climate to be controlled at all times.

Welp... today has been a very productive day of doing jack shit... I appear to be deep into the "transition season" with my joints. Upping the daily Naproxen from 500 to 1000mg and being gentle with myself. Exercise will continue at some point, but not this week. Probably this coming weekend.
