I've completed a Living Pokédex for LeafGreen, Colosseum, XD, and Emerald. Platinum too, with HeartGold started at present. I'm getting my ducks in a row to make a complete Ribbon Master (Gen3-9, all marks) too. aaand I've replayed all of DL, Pinball, DL2, Super Star, and Amazing Mirror so far <_<

The more I revisit past Kirby games, the more I'm convinced that 2D Kirby's time shouldn't be over, especially in the context of an anniversary next year. I'd pay handsomely for "The Ultimate True Arena" that packages *every boss from the franchise* and sees how far you can get, for example.

It's never too early to wax poetic about Kirby. In *less than six years*, we've gone from "no 3D Kirby really exists" to "Super Kirby 3D World" to "Super Kirby Odyssey is months away", to compare the through line directly to Mario. Even if you're not a fan, you've got to respect HAL's ambition.

For 40 years, I've waited for an aged Nintendo franchise—mostly Zelda—to throw conventional themes out the window. A Hyrule *without* the Triforce is better, IMO. If *KIRBY* is the one to *literally shatter Dream Land* and the "world beyond" is about permanently pushing forward, I'mma die laughing.

The announcement trailer for Pokémon Champions featured multiple "gimmicks" in the same battle. Mega vs. Terastalization. Per this interview, the impression I get is that *the thing they TEASED IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT TRAILER* is "under consideration" at best and probably YEARS(?) AWAY from rollout.

If I die tomorrow, whoever winds up looking through my stuff in Pokémon HOME will end up like this. Except the books are like fifteen years of Events, Mythicals, and s*** I've just plain *forgotten about* over time but still bothered to squirrel away. I counted twenty Cherish Ball Pikachus *alone.*

This is a scene from an anime called "Read or Die." The room, looking to me like a library of some kind, is covered in books to the point where the floor is not visible amongst several otherwise organized shelves and stacks. Someone's in a bed that's also covered in books, to the point where they're barely visible underneath them.

FWIW: I will not play any audio/video/etc at 1.5x speed or 2x speed or whatever. Nothing I consume is for consumption's sake. We slow down. We enjoy things. The two (2) exceptions I can name are Pokémon Colosseum & XD. I emulate & put those @ 300% speed and they're *STILL* too damned slow. Hoo boy!

I wonder if Winds & Waves dodged the Pokémon World Championships because its battle mechanics won't be what we're familiar with/relevant to that audience. Tinfoil hat me thinks Pokémon Champions will be the last game to have turn-based battles in the series & that's why it's the new home for VGC.

When I made the decision to boycott Microsoft games, I sold my Xbox One & entire library. The only way to *truly* boycott Sony is to sell your PlayStation 5 & libraries. Even if ten million people decided not to play for a week, it'd be a drop in the bucket relative to decision-making processes.
