The app icons in macOS 27 are mostly a step in the right direction, but the Automator and Preview icons are not good. That's supposed to be a magnifying glass but you can't see that at Dock icon sizes!

The icon for Automator is an extremely-simplified robot with a blue oval visor, an oval head, and the top of a round body. The icon for Preview is a sort of splotch gradient with a top-down view of a magnifying glass, except it just looks like a black circle on top of the splotch at regular icon sizes.
