Despite the northeast region getting cold weather and snow in the winter, I could live in Wilmington, DE and Baltimore. I LOVE seeing all of the Black people here! I haven’t seen this many Black people since I left Atlanta in 2023. Bay Area/Silicon Valley is NOT Black.
