What are the immigration dimensions to the new Employment Rights Bill?
Labour market enforcement is currently incidental to immigration enforcement. The new government is reversing that relationship.

My brilliant colleague Peter Wieltschnig on the need to improve Labour Market Enforcement, in the UK "the onus is placed on the worker to report violations. However, a host of factors mean that the workers that are the most vulnerable to exploitation are often the least likely to come forward."
