I've never addressed panel critique on an NSF proposal resubmission before (partially because I've never resubmitted an NSF proposal). What are the pros & cons of doing this? Does addressing previous panel concerns actually help?

Apple iOS mail does not punycode domain names. Note the lookalike character in "amazon".com. Why is punycoding standard in browsers but not email clients? Can we make it so?
