Honestly? It was a dead heat between these two back in the day. Animated Lydia was fun, kind, and perfectly at home with weirdos with a penchant for bad puns. Morticia was...interesting. Mysterious, intelligent, capable, self assured, and not afraid to embrace life.

Worth pointing out, this is part of a MASSIVE cut of boneless country sparerib that has been cooked using my mom's pork chops & gravy recipe. The taste is incredible. This is the taste of my childhood on a plate and now I know how to make it from scratch. I just wish I'd learned how sooner.

I haven't gotten to eat like this in literal decades... Also? I reheated the meat and gravy in a small pan on the stove and now you can cut the meat with a friggin' butter knife. It's that damned tender. Amateur Home Cook Me is *so* proud right now. ^_^

I think it has to do with how men are almost paradoxically taught to be ashamed of themselves physically, which results in the kind "dick-bravado" you see elsewhere. It's why things like body dysmorphia are a lot more common for men than most people realize.

That what my Great Grandparents and their friends called their (non-kinky) space too. (Literally "The Compound".) They were all out in boonies with double-wides and it's apparently worked out incredibly for them as they got older.

When the pandemic hit, me and my (then) girlfriend got stuck working together while living in a tiny apartment. Even with just the two of us here the lack of space did *not* help matters. I could see having a bunch of extra space being really helpful to maintaining things.

Complex carbs like those in brown rice and whole grain bread can give longer lasting energy as well as a greater level of satiety. Combing carbs or sugars with protein and fiber (such as beans and rice) can make for a better overall glycemic index. Same with starch retrogradation. 1/2

To be fair, I'd be willing to bet that labradoodle hair holds on to a ton of water, making things like swimming much more difficult. Plus, drying off before mold or mildew take hold down towards the skin is likely much harder as well.

If folks wanted horror and got comedy, I can see why they changed it. If you're going for comedy though, let it be the relief/bonding moment it's meant to be and it'll likely turn out okay. It can offer balance to the more intense BDSM-y parts as the story progresses.
