Hiking through Rychlebské hory (=Góry Złote, Reichensteiner Gebirge, you choose), I was suprised (and impressed) to find that many (though by far not all) kilometres of the boundary between 🇵🇱 and 🇨🇿 are marked by a drystone wall. Will check the literature to find out more!
