I know Super Mario Sunshine’s development wasn’t smooth, but why even have 120 shines in the game? Only 50 of them have an actual purpose in progressing the game. Any shine that’s not a mission Shine (at least up to the seventh one) is completely worthless on its own. Oversight or…?
