A few weeks ago I realised I was rapidly approaching burnout. Not with streaming, with life and being neurodivergent etc. The way I have always done things has clearly been pushing me beyond my limits. I came back to streams with a reduced schedule, terrified I'd lose what I've worked for.

Hey so, I think social media is super dangerous in its current state and I agree that kids shouldn't be on it unsupervised. Harvesting IDs to "verify age" in order to access social media is not the solution and is a massive invasion of privacy.

ADHD follow-up done, I'm so intrigued by the fact that my blood pressure (borderline high when I was diagnosed) has dropped significantly on meds. Apparently the improvement to my anxiety is likely to be the reason, and that's kinda neat! The biggest positive for me has been mood/anxiety for sure.

My secret for kicking my ADHD in the crotch when I feel too overwhelmed to cook: preparing extra, hiding it in the freezer so I forget about it until I'm having a bad day, and then past me rescues me. The whole world has been doing this since the invention of the freezer, but to me it's ✨ magic ✨
