Those last two sound almost too obvious to even go into further and my presumption is the last unmentioned one is long-term trending even higher upward because to me anyway, it just seems fucking obvious. A large, diverse company/workforce/country with a lot of different experience to pull on...

I assume that we would need to ramp up to something akin to an "open border" the right so dreadfully fears? Would the huge influx of cheaper labor hurt the current workforce? Would there even be a huge influx? Maybe everyone who want to get here tries regardless?
