Not just good… it came out GREAT on the first real parts I printed with it. These parts will hold a high power rocket motor in a rocket. (Ignore the texture of the bottom of the one piece, that’s intentionally porous so epoxy will penetrate to encourage bonding.)

240℃ wasn't great, but it only had one "stuck filament detected" issue. 250℃ had some print artifacts as well, but never required manual intervention. I think 290℃ started having some over melt issues, and it and 300℃ both had some oozing and stringing. 260-280 were all "ok", I'll be going with 270℃

miniature temp tower from 240 up to 300. 240 shows darkest and 300 lightest color. 240 is also the worst with missing bits, and stringing, and generally yucky print quality, 250 is also bad, but much less. 260 is ok, 270 is pretty good, 280 is OK and 290 and 300 start showing some stringing and slumping.

Hard to get a good picture of, but I 3D printed a custom 4-way HAT switch using @protopasta.bsky.social's Blue Stainless Steel filament for my Virpil AEROMAX flight stick and I think it came out pretty great! I was a bit impatient with sanding/polishing, but it is surprisingly shiny as it is :D

I made a wall mount for my collapsing Buster Sword out of @protopasta.bsky.social Iron PLA and rusted it with a solution of hydrogen peroxide, salt, and vinegar. The mount has a compliant detent which nicely clicks in place once mounted. STL: than.gs/m/1532500

Oh this worked better than I hoped. Mint chip ice cream sandwich themed whistle. The cookies are @protopasta.bsky.social ‘s chocolate eruption, the mint green is some polymaker I got from @west3d.bsky.social

5mm thick community defense whistle with the top and bottom solid slabs being a chocolate brown and the middle being a mint green color. The end effect is that the whistle resembles a mint chip ice cream sandwich.
