I did this in early 2021 and it still holds up
A comparison table linking responses to climate change and COVID. Each row pairs a concept in both contexts. For example, the actual solution to climate change is “Renewable energy,” while for COVID it’s “Vaccine.” The table lists right-wing (MAGA) arguments against these solutions (“Renewable energy is intermittent” and “Vaccine makes you magnetic”), helpful solutions (“Energy efficiency” and “Masks”), extreme or fringe ideas (“Solar radiation management” and “De-wormer”), long-term hopes (“Carbon dioxide removal” and “Herd immunity”), trusted scientists (James Hansen and Anthony Fauci), risk dismissals (“it’s a hoax” and “it’s the flu”), blamed groups (“The Chinese”), denialist arguments (“Scientists are manipulating the temperature record” and “...the number of deaths”), and finally, political will as the key obstacle in both cases.

I am so sad to see this. This organization is essential for understanding pollution and its impacts. The people who work there are incredibly dedicated, experienced, and world leaders. This is incredible loss of national investment and capacity. www.eenews.net/articles/epa...

Everyone wants fire cleanup to be fast. Will we regret it?
President Trump pushed local leaders to allow homeowners affected by the fires access to clear and clean their properties quickly. But is that putting speed ahead of consequences?
