A quote from an NEJM Voices blog post reads as follows: “Supporting one’s learners in the face of unprofessional activity by a colleague is a core task of supervision. Keeping patients safe in the face of imperfect institutional design is a core task of clinical care.” The author is Theodore Iwashyna, M.D. The background color is purple and includes the NEJM Voices logo.

Arrowe Park saying the quiet part out loud is a damning indictment of the scale of doctor replacement in the NHS. We're campaiging and challenge this practice. Calling for doctors' roles to be protected, patients to know who is treating them, and workforce shortages to be addressed properly.

GP practices provided 35,000,000 appointments in June 50% more than 2019 Sadly too many in the media ignore this Many commentators refuse to accept the truth In the end GP practices will close, GPs leave & GPs will be blamed despite doing more for less year on year
