The American Academy of Pediatrics has sued HHS Secy Kennedy for dismantling what they call a long-established vaccine infrastructure. Claims are brought under the Administrative Procedure Act, which means that despite SCOTUS's decision in Cava, there could still be a nationwide injunction here.

NOT A CRIMINAL A veteran’s wife was arrested by ICE when she went for an immigration check-in. She was separated from her young children, even though she’s still nursing. I wonder who he voted for? That said, it’s odd he said “almost inhumane”. Being snatched from your newborn baby IS inhumane.
