I don’t recognize this country anymore. Right Wing terrorists are playing Civil War and the left isn’t fighting back. Two democratic lawmakers in Minnesota were gunned down last night to flip their legislative control to the republicans. We are in a civil war. These were political assassinations!!

This is a good move by @govpritzker.illinois.gov. More states should do this to send a message to Pres. Bukele that there is a price to pay for complicity in Trump’s unconstitutional abduction of Abrego Garcia. And American tourists should go elsewhere until he is given due process.

If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.

The president is outright ignoring the orders of the Supreme Court’s 9-0, unanimous ruling right now. We are officially in a full blown constitutional crisis. If the executive branch can disobey the checks and balances from the other two branches of government, we are no longer a republic.
