I refuse to wait years for a decision that is delayed partly due to the parties decision to not invest in staff, training or tech systems. Despite years of me working with others to write them the party still has no Racism. Misogyny or abelism guidance.

Over the last few months I have tried to carry on as normal, trust that the parties complaints system and let natural justice happen. It is clear that due to disorganisation and egos of those currently chairing the disaplinary system that is not going to happen.

And yet they have an anti-semetism policy that includes IHRA definition this speaks volumes! @greenparty.org.uk needs to do so much better. Gross that someone can devote so much energy & good work to something only to be traumatised. I've been through this at work and that trauma stays with you.

I generally think reporters at outlets like the Mail need some leeway: especially early career people need jobs and experience, so have to work places they might not want to. But genuinely, I’d quit my job rather than have my byline appear next to that headline. Surely any decent person would.
