The idea that Mauritius has no claim to Chagos is odd. Many British colonies were amalgams of separate territories. Britain administered Mauritius & Chagos as a single entity as it did diverse Nigeria. The difference is, it unlawfully split it again upon independence. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
