Apparently the Bay Areas transit is experiencing the threat of massive service cuts due to lack of budget that Chicago Area has last year before the state level reforms...what's going on?? Is it just big metropolitan mismanagement or years of austerity everywhere coming back to haunt?? Or??

To clarify, this presser addresses the pending criminal cases of people arrested for protesting outside the Broadview ICE facility since last October, who were arrested by the so-called "unified command" local, IL state and Cook County police. These are state level, not federal, prosecutions.
