Having lived in countries that have real rail, I really hope #NZ can do this and get it right. The option has to be better than taking a car or a plane, it has to have that advantage and be built in from the ground up. Look at Finland's system. #nzpol www.stuff.co.nz/nz-news/3610...

With Nicky Hager's Dirty Work exposing TPU's 3W hit job I see Mike Smith is also talking about the Hollow Men doco. Good to see how we got here, the Iwi Kiwi campaign is a ringer for this year's tax one... same blueprint they are using just more emboldened with all the sloshing dark money. #NZPol
the infamous iwi kiwi campaign billboard of the 2005 racist brash campaignthe national party election billboards insinuating labour will introduc 9 new taxes dubbed by the advertising standards authority as misleading that echo the brash iwi/kiwi branding while Hobson's Pledge pour money into the election race.

Dragonsday! Can a dragon be funny? Lots of dragons are very serious, or very dangerous. But have you come across a funny dragon? Mossoadey is hilarious, but I still think he needs more dragon jokes and puns to put in his autobiography Mossoadey on Mossoadey: My Life in Flames. What have you got?
Mossoadey: Dragons in the Garden

Picture of a geeky yellow and green dragon.

Some dragons like to fly all day and do athletic things. Others, are more into holidaying at home, pottering around the garden smelling the flowers and cracking jokes.
And that's Mossoadey. Deadpan. Hilarious. And worth watching out for if you enjoy comedians on panel shows.
And like all comics he works to his strengths with his googly eyes.
NB Mossoadey was named as a youngling after his mossy yellow and green colouring.

Craig Renney did a breakdown on #BHN and he is an economist...and there is difference in that the numbers are bad. National always *says* its turning a corner, but their austerity is, of course making things worse - as austerity always does.

Something like "No more" in the top left corner could help. Adding a clear split (National has used this technique a fair bit) Labour must look at the people with expensive marketing teams and learn or their message will fail on key demographics.

It's good they're coming out with a little gusto but I can't help but National doesn't put their logo & colours at the bottom of their trash ads. I reckon that by doing this Labour is confusing their message & unwittingly associating Labour with Chris Luxon's behaviour.

Baby Red,

Text on yellow background: Seeing this little dragon reminded me of the dragon hatching in The Dragon Transport and Pacification Society, where the dragons blow flames on the eggs to hatch them, and when Mandy's brothers, Binky and Bunky bond with their very own dragons.
