The old system relied on a giant "Game Master" script that pretty much ran everything and was unwieldy. Now most items are independent objects with as few dependencies as possible so they can run all by themselves. 140

It was two duplicate files that were 0 bytes in size and did not appear in Windows Explorer (even as hidden files) but did in the terminal. Also why is GIT BASH still easier to use than any GUI nonsense? I love #gamedev 060
