It's really weird that people were worried that Matthew Ball was supposedly 'coaching' the video game press on how to report on XBOX Because it sure looks like Tom Warren needs a lot of coaching on how to reach out to the source before putting out a paywalled rumor

So sad looking at this now. Fighting game cabinets survived in our local arcades where I live until the 2010s but this is mostly a lost experience now Every time I see videos like this I feel like I never got enough time in them www.youtube.com/watch?v=gatP...

At this point I feel bad for Tom Warren not being able to get any Xbox stories right And I admit it makes me ask what other Xbox rumors he reported wasn't actually true

It's weird to see people treat a leaked Xbox townhall meeting as an official press release That wasn't actually meant for us, though it seems Asha expects leaks and it's part of her strategy But the primary intention was to rally the troops, tough to do while you're still planning layoffs too

Skydance now owns Nick, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Comedy Central, and MTV, effectively ending US TV animation as we know it. Countless jobs will be lost, and fewer new shows will be created. An apocalyptic scenario for cartoons, yet it's maybe the 5th-worst thing about the Paramount-WB merger!

I finally found out why this is happening. Used PS5 consoles are on older firmwares, and that means they can be easily hacked Sony themselves may have pressured GameStop to do this, don't be surprised if other retailers do the same thing

Ninja Theory closing really shows how harsh the bias vs. Xbox is Just a few years ago it was considered one of Xbox's brightest stars. The best tech in the industry The Hellblade games arguably do what PlayStation studios try to do better, with performance capture and tech innovation

"my weird thing cannot possibly be bad, as I happen to like it"

Lorenz told Wired this year that “I think caring about screen time is stupid. It's a waste of mental energy.” In the same interview she admitted to screen time of around 17 hours a day. Across platforms like X and Instagram, she regularly celebrates heavy social media use and castigates those who warn about addiction or the risks to young users. Lorenz’s repeated assertion is that content cannot create addicts:

I think the problem is that for whatever reason, society/the media/whoever have correctly determined we need a way to reintegrate millions of people into society and from that incorrectly determined the way to do so is for the people who were wronged to apologize to the people who wronged them.
