Hey, so Bluesky has this really neat little feature that lets you mark a post as containing graphic media. It's very helpful! For example, if you draw art of a character getting violently stabbed, you can make it so random people don't *have* to see it without warning. Please. Fucking. Use. It.

Went to the ren faire today for the first time since 2009, got sunburnt, saw a metric ton of cute people in various costumes. Was loads of fun and I'm sad it took me this long to go back to one.

Heads-up on PPSSPP. Info in the thread on the last versions that don't contain it. The dev has gone off the deep end into Claude is my best friend territory.

Making guides for my speed games back in 2016 was just something I loved doing because it made it so much easier for me to run said games, and if it helped a new runner out too, I was happy.

A recomp you can play without fear of it being AI Bro slop. And it's rejecting those who write whole issue reports with GenAi. You love to see it. 👏

A warning to AI Bros that it's proudly human made and that bans from repros will be handed out if Claude is a contributor on any PRs

Getting tired of untested vibecoded ports that are just buggy and because no experienced coders are around, they can't fix it? Never fear, as I have listed decomps and recomps done by actual people and it will continue expanding! If you know any, lemme know!

IIRC, Github changed their rules a few months back that allows Claude to automatically attach itself as a co-contributor to every repository unless you manually remove it yourself, but even then it supposedly takes up to like, 30 days or something, for it to actually be removed.

1) This isn't about generating games or assets with AI, it's just about using automation tools for some processes like bug testing which isn't inherently bad 2) IGN should be embarrassed for this headline. It doesn't say "AI generation" as in generative AI, it's 世代, "generation" as in "time period"
