RIP PAC Been disconnected from pro wrestling for a while, but really saddened to hear about his passing. His match with Orange Cassidy in AEW's infancy is probably a top 5 match for me all time. His Kotaro Crusher counter against Kenny Omega is so elegant.

My preferred ending to the MLB season would be for the D’Backs to come back and win their last game, and to have the rain delay cut the Phillies game short. Imagine the carnage of the Nor’Easter coming in clutch and recording the last three outs to clinch the playoff spot for the Phillies.

It’s very simple and it’s been said over and over but I guess it needs saying continuously: if you deem one group too small to have equal rights you are enabling fascism, not fighting it. The people saying Dems are GREAT on trans rights are not paying attention and/or saying stuff like this.

Nichole Hiltz
The Democrats defend the Kennedy Center but not trans people.
A building.

@treewarrior.bsky....
maybe because defending everything about a super small minority of the population is not worth losing to fascists

7PM ET I'm gonna be doing my Rando-Dalton Imperial run for Flame Fatales. I might run a practice seed or two. Its a risky move becuase Entrance Rando seeds have a tendency to bleed together and it makes the memory process harder.

Behold! My first PB on stream ALL YEAR! You heard me. All fucking year. It’s the sub-52 I’ve been literally dying repeatedly for! Despite my vocal hesitations to pursue a podium spot by dropping a shield, it actually feels like a viable preparation strategy to try and get good at a harder endgame.

My splits from my The Guardian Legend PB from last night. 51:50! An 11 second improvement on my old 52:02 from six years ago.

It's frustrating being caught in two minds. If I just focus on consistency and finishing runs, a sub-52 will just naturally arrive. I won't have to force it. Then I get a run on sub-52 pace... and I force it... I push too hard and kill it. I should be banned from looking at my splits, honestly...

Result! The TGL derust is complete. Learning is ongoing. Pleased with this first completed run. It’s my second best attempt! Only 11 seconds off of PB! Now to replicate and make 52s a repeatable action. Let’s show some marathon-caliber consistency. If a 51 shows up on the way… all the better.

My splits from last night’s completed run of The Guardian Legend Any% in 52:13 (my PB is 52:02).
