People are always scared of the unknown or unfamiliar. Bad faith actors like to abuse that fear. "But what's going on in a trans person's brain/home?!" stops being a usable threat by TERFs etc, once people know the answer is nearly always just "Warhammer."

It’s not a game and it’s not a plan, it’s barely even a concept. But I think naval battles should have three elements: The ship, the captain, the crew.
