Ah ffs, fell for a fake Aldi scam site. Wife sent me a link and said "my cards not working, please order this" and I didn't check the domain. Nnngggg. Cards cancelled but they have name, address, phone no. Hopefully they just wanted card details rather than full identity theft.

One of the very best things you can do for yourself is to get out into nature, as often as possible. That could mean spending time in a local, leafy park, but go touch something natural and green. Bonus points if you can also get some exercise in at the same time. It's good for your mental health!
