I was prescribed an antidepressant as a teenager with clinically diagnosed major depression. When I got out of highschool I stopped taking it, I thought I could do without it, thought I didn't need medication. I spent the majority of my late teens and 20s in a haze of self loathing and apathy.

Finished another piece today, possibly the proudest I've been of a ring so far. Another step in silversmithing, maybe one day I'll feel confident enough to sell work
