Park Place's "Roundball: 2 on 2 Challenge" for the NES actually started life as "Dream Team: 3 on 3 Challenge" with player likenesses, as seen in this CES photo. The art kinda sorta survives in the final if you overlay the character select portraits on the photo, though the players got Joe Hoops'd.
