Day 54 without sugar. I have absolutely no inflammation, joint pain, back pain, or body aches. I don’t wake up snorting and sneezing in the depths of Spring… Physically flourishing but I am mentally unwell. This is not happiness. Can’t be.

I feel like this “Pop the Balloon Live” is a little over-produced. The set design is trying to elevate the original presentation, but somehow feel more static than the original stark white backdrop. Not sure if the studio audience is an add either. Have some thoughts on casting as well.
