Prisoners of war in Nazi camps were put to work knitting socks for officers. They intentionally would do additional decreases in the heels, so that the socks would ALWAYS rub and give the officers blisters. They would also make sure that one of the socks had loose ribbing so the officers would spend all day having their sock fall off in their boot.

Yeah, again, Smuckersbought and ruined the general market Knott’s Berry Farm products ages ago. They changed the recipes and made them much cheaper. The real stuff goes under the name ‘Berry Farm’ and is available at the park and Knott’s website. No big loss here!
