I fell asleep in the second half (due to being old), but I don’t know if there’s even a comparison to Chelsea Gray in the men’s game right now. Besides being an absolute assassin, the flair and risk and style in her passing game is Magic-like. And she doesn’t dial it down when the stakes are high.

This is an annual thing that happens to us. I frankly never trust or count on an MLS loan, because it’s like an 80% recall rate over the last bunch of years. I laugh whenever I see the “for the remainder of the 2026 USL Championship season” because it very rarely is.

Yeah, I’ve gotten used to it (though it’s a pet peeve of mine). It’s frustrating the way that loans get recalled and the frequency of which that happens in this country. Just this year we had three loans that were supposed to be for the remainder of the season all get recalled.

I think the circumstances around those scenarios aren’t entirely the same. If there was a media/influencer (and partial fanbase) tinderbox around the NBA directed at black players and this exact same instance was happening, I would not be rooting for the big white guy to do this to LeBron.

Yeah, I’ve never actually hated Pacers fans at any point that I can remember, even if I didn’t like that team. There’s certainly some great Fever fans, but a shitty characteristic of a chunk of that fanbase. Which sucks. Because it should just be a great time to be a women’s hoops fan in Indy.
