Broadly, the renters rights act has given a bunch of new protections that are useful for people like me, but i will say it's annoying when our old contract required us to give 1mo notice, and post-RRA it's 2mo... looking likely we'll simply have to eat an overlap -_-

Been a hell of a week so took myself for a straight up three course IKEA lunch and now I can't stop thinking about the sauce from the salmon plate and have learned they SELL IT in a jar so I have to go back.

I do think it's short sighted to omit a 3.5mm jack from the steam controller tbh. Lost a sale in our household at minimum. Maybe it's not a common use case, but already seen it brought up in an interview.

Lidl currently have a chocolate brioche croissant and it is unreasonably delicious. (And I am a certified brioche hater - really that's more just the inappropriate application of brioche though, used appropriately and it's great)
