There is an infinite amount of low stimulation indie ”cozy” games but I can’t recommend many because they’re not what I usually play so I will have to ask someone for recommendations.

Ok so thinking about it some more there are low stimulation indie games and walking simulators BUT I think I’d recommend no fighting/good storyline games like Disco Elysium, Life is Strange, Outer Wilds, or Stardew Valley. They’re great starts.
