America's billionaires are now worth a record $9 trillion. Elon Musk is the world's first trillionaire. People in this country can't afford gas, rent, groceries, or childcare. And last year we cut healthcare to give these billionaires tax breaks. This system is so broken.

You could give every single person in NYC $100,000 and still not get to this level of wealth. That is nearly 12 million households at the median annual income. That’s more than NY and WA states combined.

Tag: Nutrition & Metabolism

Text: Alright this is gonna sound ridiculous but I'm posting it anyway because the results for me have been pretty wild.
I'm 32 and for a few years my testosterone was pretty low. Last year my bloodwork had me sitting around 350 ng/dL, which isn't technically rock bottom but definitely not great. Energy was meh, sex drive wasn't amazing, and I just didn't teel like I was very motivated.

Reading the Narnia Chronicles with my daughter, I’m reminded frequently of the deal white Christian Americans were willing to make for power
Snippet from Prince Caspian:

There was no answer, and for a few minutes it was so still that Edmund could hear the wheezy and snuffing breath of the Badger.
"Whom do you mean?" said Caspian at last.
"I mean a power so much greater than Aslan's that it held Narnia spellbound for years and years, if the stories are true."
"The White Witch!" cried three voices all at once, and from the noise Peter guessed that three people had leaped to their feet.
"Yes," said Nikabrik very slowly and distinctly, "I mean the Witch. Sit down again. Don't all take fright at a name as if you were children. We want power: and we want a power that will be on our side. As for power, do not the stories say that the Witch defeated Aslan, and bound him, and killed him on that very stone which is over there, just beyond the light?"Second snippet from Prince Caspian

"And anyway," Nikabrik continued, "what came of the Kings and their reign? They faded too. But it's very different with the Witch. They say she ruled for a hundred years: a hundred years of winter. There's power, if you like. There's something practical."
"But, heaven and earth!" said the King, "haven't we always been told that she was the worst enemy of all?
Wasn't she a tyrant ten times worse than Miraz?"
"Perhaps," said Nikabrik in a cold voice. "Perhaps she was for you humans, if there were any of you in those days. Perhaps she was for some of the beasts. She stamped out the Beavers, I daresay; at least there are none of them in Narnia now. But she got on all right with us Dwarfs. I'm a Dwarf and I stand by my own people.
We're not afraid of the Witch."
"But you've joined with us," said Trufflehunter.
"Yes, and a lot of good it has done my people so far," snapped Nikabrik. "Who is sent on all the dangerous raids? The Dwarfs. Who goes short when the rations fail? The Dwarfs. Who-"
"Lies! All lies!" said the Badger.
"And so," said Nikabrik, whose voice now rose to a scream,
"if you can't help my people, I'll go to someone who can”

By who? Who shot the person dead? You saw the video. We all know a federal agent shot a man dead who was prone on the ground. Also, it's not "according to officials." It's according to verified video seen with your eyes. Not saying what anyone can obviously see with their eyes is a form of lying.
NYT push alert: "A person was shot dead today during a struggle with federal agents in Minneapolis, according to officials."

2026: The Year of SWE
Folks, listen up. 2026 is going to be the YEAR OF THE SWE. Software Engineers, the REAL builders, the ones who actually MAKE things work.
TREMENDOUS talent, believe me.
Everybody said Al was going to replace them.
TOTAL disaster prediction. Al was the BIGGEST SCAM. Pumped TRILLIONS from the middle class, from investors, from everyday people, straight into the pockets of the elite, the Big Tech billionaires, the data center kings. They promised AGI, autonomous agents taking over coding, no more need for humans. FAILED. Completely
FAILED to deliver.
Look at the numbers: hundreds of billions spent on GPUs, power plants the size of cities, and what do we get? Models that plateaued HARD in 2025.
Benchmarks flatlining, diminishing returns on scaling, experts calling it the "Automation Plateau." No real reasoning breakthrough, just fancy autocomplete on steroids. Useful? Sure, as a COPILOT. Great for boilerplate, quick fixes, boosting productivity 20-30%. But replacement?
NO WAY.Screenshot of Blind post

NO WAY. SWEs using Al are more powerful than those who don't, but the Al alone? Can't architect systems, debug complex edge cases, understand real business domains without constant human oversight.
And jobs? Demand for skilled SWEs is exploding again. Entry-level got hit, sure, but senior engineers, the ones who integrate Al properly?
Salaries through the roof. Companies realizing they need MORE humans to wrangle these tools, not fewer. The bubble talk is everywhere, valuations stretched, low ROl on genAl pilots, but the winners? The SWEs building the actual products.
2026: SWEs take back control. Al stays in the passenger seat. HUGE comeback. The best is yet to come.Screenshot of Blind post

- February 4, 2026
On February 4, 2026, soon as the clock strikes 9:30 AM and the markets open, an "event" will begin. You won't see it coming at first, maybe a quiet dip in pre market futures, a few red arrows on the Magnificent Seven tickers. But by 10:30, the algorithms will wake up. They'll notice the overnight whispers from hyperscalers quietly trimming capex guidance, the subtle admissions that all those trillions poured into data centers aren't spitting out the god like ROI everyone promised.
NVIDIA first. Down 8% in the opening hour, then 15% as panic sells trigger stops. The chip king, the one that carried the entire S&P on its back through 2025, finally cracks under the weight of its own hype. No more "sold out for years" narratives, just empty warehouses of Blackwell chips that nobody needs because the Al models hit a wall. Training costs exploded, but outputs?
Still hallucinating, still mediocre at real work. The bubble's air starts hissing out.Screenshot of Blind post

Then the dominoes: MSFT, GOOG, META, all bleeding as cloud margins implode from overbuild. Tesla joins the bloodbath because who needs autonomous driving hype when the economy's teetering? Apple holds longest, but even they can't escape the rotation out of tech.
By noon, the VIX spikes to 50. Circuit breakers trip. Talking heads on CNBC scream "healthy correction" while their faces go pale. But we know better. This is the reckoning. The Al miracle was always a mirage: endless capex chasing vaporware profits, valuations priced for a future that arrives too slow, too broken.
They told us Al would add trillions to GDP.
Instead, it added trillions to debt and P/E ratios.
Power grids strained, electricity bills soared, and for what? Chatbots that write bad poetry and code that needs human babysitting.
February 4 isn't random. It's right after earnings season exposes the cracks, after the last batch of
"strong guidance" gets walked back, after the Fed hints no more rate cuts because inflation's sticky again from all those tariffs and energy demands.
