I don't think it's wrong to say DS9 is consistently the best Star Trek, but there sure are a handful of episodes where I find myself wishing I was watching more TNG instead. I think great DS9 is better than great TNG but bad TNG is more entertaining than mid DS9.

They should go back and fix all the scientific inaccuracies in Jurasic Park. For example they should replace all the raptors with humans, who in real life were far more commonplace in the nineties when the film is set.
