I've been really quiet here for a few months, as I have been savoring time with my son, who is heading to preschool tomorrow. I left my job to stay-at-home with him more than four years ago.

If you had instincts, you would have realized that Spencer Pratt had no chance in Los Angeles. Even if he managed to survive the primary, the voters aren't there. LA County (not city, but still) went 31.9% for Trump in 2024 in essentially a two-horse race. This whole thing was a fever dream.

Update in my ongoing efforts to steal the California primary: As of 10:23am, my ballot has been counted.

My California primary ballot hasn't been counted yet. Trump would love for ballots like mine not to count at all. 🙃 If numbers skew Democratic toward the end, just remember that a lot of folks who were voting for Democrats held onto their ballots toward the end, to see how things were shaking out.
