This week, I did something that feels so absolutely cathartic: I threw away all of my old journals. I don't even journal anymore. I stopped being my own self-help project, and started feeling & expressing my feelings fully. I live in alignment. No more self-abandoment. I live in gratitude.

I have the most people reaching out to me concerned for their loved ones that I've ever had in all the years & years I've been doing disengagement work. A huge uptick And I don't even do any media or have a website or get any work in schools or anything anymore. We're in serious trouble.
